No rust except for a little light surface rust on the brackets and a little scuffing on the sides. Other than that, it's the right size and condition I wanted. I mean, it would be awesome if I could get 100% new ones, but I got a great deal on it. Not sure if I'll keep the footpegs on it, I'll have to see if I like them.I just wish I had found this earlier! I'll put them on the next time I go home and winterize my bike.
